In addition to production sound, I am also a certified drone pilot available for projects that can benefit from dynamic aerial visuals. I am FAA Part 107 certified, fully licensed for commercial drone operations, and equipped with a DJI Air 3S ready for production use.
My kit includes multiple batteries, ND filters, prop guards for controlled crowd environments, night lighting, and a DJI 1000W PowerBank, allowing continuous battery cycling so we can keep flying throughout the day.
While my primary focus remains production sound, drone work is something that I can bring as an additional resource to your shoot, providing additional production value to your shoot. The types of shots I can capture include:
•Aerial establishing shots
•Overhead location features
•Smooth subject tracking
•Vehicle arrivals / departures / tracking
The Air 3S also offers advanced programmable functions including:
•Subject tracking (person or vehicle)
•Waypoint-based repeatable moves
•Hyperlapses & creative motion effects
Using the Air Control App before flying the drone I can check if we can legally fly in the airspace. Check to see if there are any temporary flight restrictions (NOTAMS) and also request permission to fly in airspaces that require FAA authorization. Most often, such requests can be filed on the app resulting in instant approval at the time, All this ensures that we fly legally and avoid any FAA penalties or fines.
